We reach out to about 100 different candidates in the marketplace, that have the required backgrounds you are looking for in your employee search. We then screen them down to the top 10 candidates based on resume and conversation on the phone.
Interview:
We then interview these top 10 candidates face to face to make sure they fit your culture, job description requirements and skill set.
Evaluate:
We then evaluate these top 10 candidates using Top-Floor's proven screening process which includes:
Match:
We then narrow the search down even further to the top 4 candidates by matching "the right" recruit to your search. We do this to ensure the candidate's personalities, skill sets, salary requirements and much more, fit with each of your expectations in your search for "the right" candidate.
Brief:
Now it's time to prepare you and the candidate for the interview/Send-Out. We will inform you about any concerns the candidate has prior to the interview. Which will allow you and your team to alleviate those concerns during the interview. We also inform the candidate about your interview process so they feel more comfortable. This is to make sure the interview will run efficiently.
Interview:
This is simply the actual interview at your company site.
Debrief:
At this point in the process, we speak to both you and the Candidate after the interview. We gather feedback and interest level from the Candidate and relay it back to you. This allows us to address any concerns or questions that the Candidate might have post interview. We will also relay and communicate your interest level in our candidate.
Placement/Offer:
This is when both sides believe it will be a good fit and want to proceed to the offer stage. Our Recruiter will help mediate the delivery of an offer for you and aid in the acceptance of the offer by the Candidate. This is the most crucial step of the process and 90% of all offer rejections are because of a bumpy offer process. A bumpy offer is typically due to the lack of information given to you by the recruiter which is needed for you to make the most competitive offer possible to acquire the top candidate.
